The US has got some 64 designated national parks. These parks are home to more than 60% of the nation's endangered species, and represent some of the best remaining habitat for the country's wildlife heritage. They are also seen as "touchstones of shared history and culture." Visitors can opt for fragile coral reefs to complex wetlands while some of the most fascinating national parks are found underwater.

New York : New York is the most-populous city in the US, is a melting pot of different cultures. While best known for the urban atmosphere, few people know that the city's Adirondack State Park is larger than any National Park in the US outside of Alaska. Visit this diverse and intriguing city to experience the world's best-known buildings such as the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building. Don't miss the Statue of Liberty, harbor cruise, Harlem tour and a grand tour on the double-decker buses.

Washington DC : Your tour programme must include a tour of the White House and the Capitol to the Smithsonian and Arlington National Cemetery. Also visit Mount Vernon, Williamsburg and Gettysburg.

Boston : Boston is one of the oldest, wealthiest, and most culturally significant large cities in the US. Visit the Boston National Historical Park and Esplanade, located along the banks of the Charles River. The city is home to several world-renowned museums, including the Museum of Fine Arts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and the Museum of Science. The University of Massachusetts campus at Columbia Point houses the John F. Kennedy Library. The New England Aquarium, Franklin Park Zoo, Boston Athenaeum (one of the oldest independent libraries in the US), and the Boston Children's Museum are located within the city.

Los Angeles : The metropolis of Los Angeles is located between the beautiful Pacific Ocean and the snowcapped mountains. From fine-art museums, beautiful beaches, exceptional restaurants, exciting theme parks, non-stop shopping, spectacular sightseeing, and a vibrant nightlife, Los Angeles is the entertainment capital of the world!

San Francisco : While in San Francisco visit the beautiful Beaux Arts building and the Asian Art Museum, which houses one of the most comprehensive collections of Asian art in the world. The Ferry Building is a popular marketplace with several farmer's markets and great food shops. Next on line should be the Golden Gate Park and the Conservatory of Flowers.

Chicago : While in Chicago visit the Adler Planetarium, The Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, Museum of Science and Industry, The Art Institute of Chicago and the Notebaert Nature Museum. Plus there is a river cruise, Shoreline Sightseeing Skyline Cruise and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Children can enjoy a day out at Chicago Children's Museum.

Las Vegas : Las Vegas is the most populous city in Nevada, is a major vacation, shopping, and gambling destination. The Las Vegas metropolitan area has number of museums. There are also many options for boating, golf, hiking, rock climbing, and parks, which offer a wide range of activities. Plus, of course the City of Sin, is home to biggest and brightest casinos.
